Army Drab

We were truly at a loss as to what color this batik is.  In some light it looks downright brown.  Until you put it next to a true brown and then it suddenly turns green!  It's got definite splashes of a wonderful chartreuse for visual interest.  Because of the chameleon-like effect of this batik, we decided to call it Army drab.  It's one of those colors that will give an unexpected spark to your creations - something you'd probably never actually go looking for, but will love what it does to the other colors you're using.  Maybe we should call it "surprise!"  ;-)

(It definitely looks like a close relative of our other "Olive" batiks, by the way.)
