Shoulder Tie Topper

Don't you just love Indygo Junction patterns?  This one is a favorite of ours - so easy to make, so easy to personalize, and looks cute on every little girl who wears it!

This is one of those "potato chip" patterns ... you can't make just one!  Seriously easy.  Seriously cute.  And the tie at the shoulder makes the top adjustable so your special girl can wear this outfit for a couple of years.  My granddaughters love the outfits I've made them with this pattern, and I love making them.

Easy enough for beginning sewists to make, and still gratifying for the more experienced.
