QUALITY:  We promise that all the products you receive from us will be the best we can find on the market.  We pride ourselves on offering unique products from up-and-comers in the quilting and textile industry.  What we order will be quality-checked before it’s offered for sale on our website; if the quality isn’t up to our standards we will not sell it to you.

VALUE:  We can’t tell you that all of our products are the least expensive you can find, but we promise you will always receive excellent value for your money.  Every yard we cut is 40" long, which gives you plenty of "oops" room.  Our fabric typically sells below retail prices every day, and it's always first-quality goods, never seconds or leftovers that no one else wanted.  Our books, patterns, notions* and gifts are always at least 10% below retail, and often 15-20% lower.
       *Please understand that there are a handful of manufacturers who will only let us sell
         their products if we sign an agreement to not discount their retail pricing.  We sell
         those products only if we absolutely love them and believe you will as well - although
         our everyday prices for those items are not discounted we believe they offer the
         value you expect from us.

SELECTION:  We promise to offer you a selection of the best quality fabric we can find, not necessarily the biggest collection available.  We strive to offer you unique products that you won’t find everywhere else.  With rare exceptions, we will only sell products you cannot buy at a big-box retailer or national chain.

SERVICE:  We promise you exemplary service.  We will assist you in your shopping experience in every way possible, every step of the way.  We will ship on time and communicate with you regularly if there are ever any questions or issues with your order.  We will package your order with love and protection from the elements.
